After a long shift… the last thing my body needs is more junk.

So lately, I’ve been reaching for something simple… like papaya. 🍃
It helps with digestion—because let’s be real, nurses don’t always eat on time.

It’s hydrating, light, and packed with vitamin C… so it supports your immune system too.
And after pouring into everybody else all day…

This is one small way I pour back into “After a long shift… the last thing my body needs is more junk.
