At S.A.F.E. 4 Communities, we want everyone to remember one powerful message: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Your story matters. Your feelings matter. Your life matters. 💜

Sometimes the greatest difference we can make is simply being there—checking in, listening without judgment, offering encouragement, and reminding someone that there is still hope for tomorrow. 🌅🦋

This month, Dr. Thelma Scott and the S.A.F.E. 4 Communities family encourage everyone to talk, listen, support, spread hope, and choose kindness. You never know how much your presence may mean to someone who is struggling.

💜 It’s okay to talk.
🩵 It’s okay to ask for help.
💜 It’s okay to not have everything figured out.
🩵 Please stay. There is more to your story.

If you or someone you know needs immediate emotional support, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Together for a brighter tomorrow. Educate. Empower. Support. Save Lives. 🦋💜

To anyone carrying grief quietly today: you don’t have to stop loving someone just because you’ve had to learn how to live without their physical presence. 💜 Speak their name. Tell the stories. Look at the pictures. Laugh at the memories. Cry when you need to. Love leaves a legacy, and beautiful memories deserve to be cherished. 🕊️

Gone from sight does not mean gone from the heart. 🕊️
