Grief.
Caretaking.

Emotional exhaustion.
Fear.
Transitions.
Loneliness.
Expectations.

And sometimes we carry it so long that it starts feeling normal.

This is your reminder to pause.

It felt so special to be in the room with such amazing people this past weekend at The Wellness Brunch hosted in partnership with and .well

The message was clear, burnout is not a necessary pathway to success and rest is strategy . I am grateful that BEW took the time out to make space for wellness this year. It too is a huge part of wealth building and sustainability for the entrepreneur and needed.

It was such a beautiful and complete offering! The yoga was impeccable, yes I did it in a dress! I will NOT be denied lol. I heard the sound bath was amazing 😍 A special thank you to my amazing husband .swan for joining and collaborating with me on the hand drum. The panel offered insights that could be utilized immediately, the brunch was hitting and the fun…I danced until my heart was complete!

Also a huge shout out to my girls from .love they know how to party and hold down a dance floor too. I ran into some of my favorite sisters and made new friends too!
