Why is one year of Prolistem® recommended for men with high FSH?

FSH is an indirect indicator of testicular reserve. In general, men with higher FSH levels tend to have fewer remaining s***matogonial stem cells.

Since Prolistem® works by supporting the activation and regeneration of these stem cells, rebuilding a smaller stem cell pool may require more time. That’s why, for men with high FSH, a 12-month Prolistem® program is often recommended to maximize the opportunity for stem cell recovery before s***m retrieval procedures such as microTESE.
