I’m WA State how do yall feel about this Bill

It specifically impacts PERMANENT MAKEUP to be regulated by the Cosmetology Rules and not just Health Dept. Rules

I for one am for it as there currently is NO education requirement in WA State. To receive a license to perform PERMANENET MAKEUP SERVICES as is considered a form of but it is allowed to be performed inside LICENSED COSMETOLOGY ESTABLISHMENTS

So why not implement a curriculum with designated hours of instruction and a subsequent licensing exam as we all have gladly undergone and will gladly do again. But regardless read it carefully I think it shows a swing of a mighty sword for those of us who go the least credited on movie and tv productions…this also includes video and social media clips….once the AMPTP gets it together then we can demand better treatment and wages when doing any for of quality work for the TV Film or Video arts
