Tinesha - The Highest Paid DA

A reminder for the dental assistant who needs to hear this today:

Your experience has value. Your knowledge has value. Your time has value.

Never stop learning, advocating for yourself, and exploring what else is possible for you. You worked hard to build your skills. Make sure you're building your future, too. 🦷

Happy Monday, Dental Family! 🦷💙

I know I’ve been a little quiet over here for the last few days… 👀

But trust me, I’ve been working behind the scenes. 🤫

There are some BIG things happening for the dental assistant community, and I’m excited to start sharing more with you.

And if you’ve been waiting for your Dental Assistant Insider invite… 👀📩

CHECK YOUR EMAIL!

I’m sending out more invites as we get closer to our official launch, and if you receive one, that means you’re getting early access before we open the doors to everyone. 🔐

So check your inbox, and definitely check your spam/junk folder too!

This week is going to be a good one. 🦷✨

Who’s ready? 👇🏽

Good afternoon dental family! Quick question..... have you ever accepted a dental job and regretted it within the first week? Drop a 🙋🏽 below because Behind the Op was built to prevent exactly that.

The platform is brand new so you may not find your office on there yet..... but that is where YOU come in. Add your office, leave your review anonymous or with your name, and be the first to put it on the map. The more DAs who add their offices the more powerful this platform becomes for all of us 🦷

Good morning 🌅 It is Sunday and I am showing up for you before I even start my day.

Just a reminder that Behind the Op is LIVE right now ..... completely FREE for every dental assistant, hygienist, sterilization tech, and dental professional to read and leave real anonymous reviews on dental offices 🦷

And if you are ready to level up beyond the chair..... The DA Affiliate Playbook is still available at $27 before the price goes up. You get a 30 day content strategy, a 12 month HiSmile affiliate deal, and 30% commission paid out weekly 💛

Links in bio. Go check it out and share this with a DA who needs it today 🙌🏽

A busy office is not automatically a healthy office.....

You can be booked solid all day and still feel unsupported, underpaid, and completely drained by the time you get home.

The workload matters. But so do the people, the communication, the respect, and whether your pay actually reflects what you bring to that office.

What is one thing you wish more dentists understood about the workload of a dental assistant? 👇

Real talk..... before I became the Highest Paid DA, I took jobs I regretted because I had NO way of knowing what that office was really like until I was already in it..... walking on eggshells by week two.

So I worked extremely hard on building my first APP! Behind the Op is LIVE right now. 🫶🏽🌎🦷

Real reviews from the people who actually worked the chair..... so you know the op before you're in the op. You can leave your own review too, anonymously if you want. No names, just the truth.

It's free to join right now at behindtheop.com. Create your account, look around, drop a review..... early people eat first, and the community soft launches October 1st.
