Today I would like to share this iconic experience. Standing on a floating board, 77 floors above Dubai at the iconic Address Beach Resort — practicing Pilates and yoga on top of the highest infinity pool in the world.

The board rocked with every wave, the wind tested my balance, and the skyline stretched endlessly around me. In that moment, I felt the full weight of my journey — every challenge, every comeback, every choice I’ve made to put wellness first.

My path hasn’t always been calm water.
I’ve rebuilt myself through discipline, faith, and consistency.
I learned that balance isn’t something you magically find — it’s something you train for.
Strength is earned. Healing is intentional.
And wellness is not a luxury… it’s survival, alignment, and joy.

At 52, I am stronger, braver, and more aligned than ever before.
I am proud of the woman who keeps choosing growth, choosing peace, choosing herself — no matter the altitude.

This is what wellness looks like for me:

As I stood there, dress flowing with the desert breeze, I thought about how life moves fast… and yet sometimes we’re invited to pause and simply enjoy the ride.
We’re all trains in motion — changing tracks, accelerating toward dreams, stopping at unexpected stations, learning to let go, learning to appreciate the view.

And today, the view was spectacular.
The sun, the energy of Dubai, the feeling that anything is possible.
A reminder that every journey has magic — and every stop has a purpose.
