Let’s get things straight though no cream or oil will cure eczema, trust me I still fall prey to marketing but there are some products that definitely help. true change is going to come from healing within.

Ok now on to sharing what Ziggys current skin regimen is. We’ve found that less is more especially when you’re dealing with a fungal component. There’s a time and place for heavy emollients and we still have them but at this moment in time Ziggys skin needs the space to breathe.

I can’t say enough good things about hydrogel. I’ve used a handful of hypochlorus acid sprays and this version is the best!!!! I have one in every car, purse, and bag of mine. Great daily topical support. That’s gentle, doesn’t sting, and acts as an anti-bacterial. We actually produce it ourselves and it’s produced in our immune system to fight germs. It breaks down bacterial cell walls and neutralizes microbes. Pretty cool.

ozonated olive oil has become my go to for cracked skin and any weepy stuff (luckily we’re over that hump mostly)

spore probiotic and structured silver gel topically (I know some people are over silver but this is different than colloidal). I went down a Reddit rabbit hole one night and there was a dad who helped so many people with his findings on eczema and what worked for his son. This was one of them. He used a different hydrogel but I didn’t like the ingredients (I’ll use magic molecule here too)

I make my own blend of oils. Buying in bulk makes this cheaper and I use it for myself too. Black seed oil is great but a little much full strength on Ziggys skin at the moment.

I’ll spot treat any staph with tea@tree and if it’s more wide spread 5 drops of oil of oregano in oil mixture. Larger bumps get zinc oxide.

If I can remember I’ll clean Ziggys hands, moisturize and do a very thin layer of zinc over to protect before going out. When things were really@bad and his hands weren’t wrapped this is what I’d do.
