Clients always ask me the same question after a facial, “What can I do today?”

And my answer is usually the same… less is more.
After a facial, your skin has just been deeply cleansed, exfoliated, and nourished. It’s fresh, open, and doing important healing work. That’s why I always recommend giving it a little grace for the next day or two.

☀️Skip direct sun exposure, because freshly treated skin is more vulnerable to damage.

🏋🏻‍♀️Avoid the gym, saunas, or hot yoga since heat and sweat can irritate skin that was just exfoliated.

🧴And please hold off on retinol, scrubs, or strong acids for a few days so you don’t disrupt the skin barrier we just worked so hard to support.

Think of it this way, loves.. your skin just received a beautiful treatment.

Let it rest, hydrate, and absorb all the goodness. When you give your skin that time, the glow lasts longer and the results speak for themselves 💕
