Slow mornings are one of my favorite forms of self-care.

Whether I’m home or traveling, I try to make time for a quiet moment to relax, reflect, and refresh my mind, body, and skin.

What are some ways you do this?

For me, it’s sipping warm water first thing in the morning, taking slow walks, following a gentle skincare routine, and surrounding myself with plants and nature.

**Extra points if it’s near the water, has a beautiful view, and a little treat now and then to boost those feel good endorphins.

Flooding your Friday with flowers 🌸💝

One of our favorite garden cafés in Jeju and one of the places that inspires me when formulating Biodara Skincare. Every season is overflowing with beautiful flowers, peaceful energy, and ocean views.

Immortal Mist was inspired by this feeling with its light refreshing aroma of rose geranium and helichrysum. A nourishing facial mist that smells as beautiful as it feels ✨
