Tomorrow's the day! 🎉 Join us as we celebrate 2 years of helping Huntsville recover, recharge, and reset.

Swing by 1303 Four Mile Post Rd. on October 2nd from 12PM-2PM for food, fun, and a look at everything that's made these two years so good. We can't wait to celebrate with the community that's made FLOAT Huntsville what it is.

See you tomorrow!

There's no wrong reason to book a sauna session, there's just your reason.

After a workout. Between meetings. Celebrating a birthday. Not sleeping well. Got that promotion. Need some TLC. Need a mental reset.

Whatever brought you here, the infrared heat with red light doesn't discriminate. Sore muscles, racing thoughts, and everything in between get the same treatment: 45 minutes to yourself and a reset that actually sticks.

Grab a session and give yourself the excuse. 256-202-4868 or floathuntsville.com

Two ways to unwind. Both incredibly good at it.

The float tank wraps you in stillness — weightless, quiet, and completely disconnected from everything.

The infrared sauna wraps you in warmth — deep heat that melts tension and leaves you glowing.

Different experiences. Same result: you walk out feeling like a whole new person.

Which one is your favorite? Are you team sauna or team float?
