Think you’re too tall for our HBOT chamber? Think again. 👀🏀
Standing at 6’8”, this basketball player put our chamber to the test, and yes, he fit!
He stopped by to experience Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) as part of his focus on athletic recovery and performance. We loved having him in and are so glad he enjoyed his experience!
So if you’ve been wondering whether you’ll fit, consider this your sign to come find out. 👏

You don’t need a perfect routine. You need one you can keep showing up for. 🍂
Real change rarely comes from doing everything at once. It comes from the small choices you repeat consistently: prioritizing recovery, moving your body, supporting your energy, managing stress, and making your health part of your everyday life.
At The Covery Health, we’re here to help you build a wellness routine that works with your goals, your lifestyle, and where you are right now.
Because progress isn’t about going harder for a few days.
It’s about creating habits you can actually sustain.
✨ More energy
✨ Better recovery
