DEW Beauty Company is officially looking for our first Associate Stylist. 💗
This is more than an open chair. We’re looking for a beauty professional who wants to be trained, developed, and grow with a company that is redefining what luxury, natural hair, and scalp care can look like in Huntsville.
Our Associate Stylist pathway begins with paid training and certification in the DEW Head Spa Experience, followed by weekend appointments and the opportunity to grow into full time natural hair, scalp care, silk press, and styling services over time.
We’re looking for someone who is service-minded, coachable, reliable, detail-oriented, warm, and ready to grow. An active Alabama cosmetology license is required by the start date.

For this beauty, washing her hair at home can feel overwhelming. Her hair is extremely dense, and because she typically relies on a professional for cleansing and maintenance, it had been several weeks since her last shampoo.
This is more common than people realize. And it is not automatically a bad thing!
