Fresh loaves for this week include Classic, White Cheddar Chive, & Country Khorasan. It's the fluffiest most incredible & beautiful bread with the unique buttery, nutty flavor signature to fresh milled Khorasan. Its our 5yo's obsession. And I promise, it's next to impossible to pry his little fingers out of the country wheat. The skepticism went directly to the wind. 🥰

Oo oo bagels! There's the fluffiest apple cinnamon bagels..... AND BABY BAGELS! Yes, it was at the kids' insistence that you would absolutely LOVE the mini bagels as much as they do. 💛 Enjoy!

We had a lightning bolt strike a powerline close to home today so we lost some of our dough as they overproofed before we regained power. 😩 Nevertheless, I'm working to compensate & continue restocking. I'll be chopping up our signature & oh-so-popular fluffly apple cinnamon bagels (with home pressed apple c***r) when we get home.

Come get your favorites before they're gone! 💛
