There's fresh soft, fluffy Cinnamon Raisin sourdough bagels on the shelf at Call Me Delicious Farm Store & More in Menan! Unfortunately the classic bagel dough flopped, so those will be redone in a couple days when I can bake again. With all the preparations, I was not able to get as much mixed up & baked yesterday & today that I was hoping to. I apologize for that.

One of our kiddos is having surgery tomorrow morning & I'll be glued to his side for a wee bit. I really REALLY appreciate your patience during this time. I'll be restocking as soon as possible. 💛

I am planning on restocking more on Monday. One of our Littles will be having surgery Tuesday, & I'll be taking care of him for a few days. Plans are to restock later in the week though. If there's a particular flavor of loaves or bagels you'd like, please let me know asap. I'll be mixing dough first thing in the morning.

The slightly cooler weather has been a blessing for baking sourdough in a non-air-conditioned kitchen. 😅 The loaves are absolutely gorgeous!

New loaf flavors are Garlic & Herb Croissant (fresh roasted garlic fresh garden chives & fresh parsley layered in buttery flakes) sourdough & Dilly Dubliner (dill w**d with decadant Irish Dubliner cheese)!
