I don’t just treat symptoms—I assess the entire body.
I analyze posture, movement, strength, mobility, and compensation patterns to identify what’s really driving the pain or dysfunction.
Then I send clients a personalized video explaining my findings in a simple, easy-to-understand way so they know exactly what’s going on and what our plan is moving forward.

Most people know when they have severe pain, but they don’t notice the smaller signals that happen before pain shows up.
Think of it like the check engine light in your car. The goal isn’t to wait until the engine breaks down. The goal is to notice the warning signs early.
When checking in with your body, ask yourself:
✅ Where do I feel tension right now?
✅ Do I feel balanced from side to side?
✅ Am I holding my breath or breathing easily?
✅ Does anything feel stiff, tight, weak, or unstable?
✅ Does one side move differently than the other?
✅ How does my body feel when I stand, walk, squat, or reach overhead?
Body awareness isn’t about finding pain.
It’s about noticing changes.
The sooner you notice those changes, the easier it is to correct them before they become bigger problems.
