Open enrollment ends December 7. Is your pharmacy in-network? ๐Ÿ—“๏ธโ˜•

Bring us your plan and your medication list, and we'll run it for free. We accept most major plans, including Medicare Part D [1]. Enrollment is the yearly chance to renew or change your coverage [2], and your insurer can answer plan questions directly. If you are due for immunizations, we do those too!

Moms, grandmas, caregivers: so many of us manage everyone's refills but our own. This one's for you. ๐Ÿ’›

Providers: if a patient's coverage shifts and you need another option, we're a local partner and happy to talk it through with your office.

Save this for later, and send it to the person in your family who handles everyone's insurance. Who is that person? Tag them below ๐Ÿ‘‡

Questions? Call us at (317) 463-6337.

๐Ÿ’— Who inspires you to wear pink this month?

For us, it's the strong women in our lives - moms, sisters, friends, and neighbors right here in Indy. We've learned that support is the foundation of resilience. Every gesture counts, from a ride to an appointment to a simple 'thinking of you' text. And did you know that our expert team can work with prescribers to create personalized medications that make a difference?

๐Ÿ’Š Providers, let's collaborate on dosage forms and formulations that empower your patients.

Told "sorry, we're out of stock" on your estradiol patch? ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

You're not imagining it. Patches have been hard to fill across the country all year. Demand for menopause hormone therapy has roughly tripled since 2024 and manufacturing hasn't caught up, so supply rotates between manufacturers and brands week to week. The FDA says patches remain available but that availability varies by pharmacy and by product โ€” which is exactly why one pharmacy has none and the one down the road has them.

Right now, we do. That's our shelf in the photo.

Supply moves, so call before you drive over and we'll tell you honestly what's on the shelf today: (317) 463-6337. If we have what you need, we'll pull your prescription over from your current pharmacy ourselves. You don't have to call them or ask them for anything.

And if you can't find them anywhere โ€” don't just stop taking them. Talk to your prescriber. There are other ways to deliver estradiol through the skin, and our compounding lab prepares several of them.

Know someone who's been turned away at three pharmacies? Send this to her. ๐Ÿ’›

๐Ÿ‚ Is it too early for a flu shot if you're still wearing shorts on the weekend?

We hear it at the drive-thru window in September. Honest answer: nope.

The CDC says September and October are generally good times to get vaccinated. The idea is to be ready before cold weather brings flu season in. [1][2]

In these photos: our team getting the drive-thru ready for another season of keeping Indy families well ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿš— Drive-thru, no appointment
๐Ÿ’ณ Covered by most insurance plans
๐Ÿคง Someone already sniffly at home? Ask us about symptom relief that fits their age and meds.

One shot for you helps protect the little ones and grandparents around you, too. [2]

What cold-and-flu question should we answer next? Drop it in the comments ๐Ÿ‘‡

Is mom's drug plan still going to cover her medications next year?

Medicare Part D Open Enrollment runs October 15 โ€“ December 7 โ€” the one window each year to change plans before they renew for January 1 [1][2].

Before you let it auto-renew, check three things: your medications, whether your pharmacy is still in-network, and next year's deductible.

Our pharmacists will review your plan and medication list for free, no appointment needed. Ask about Med Sync too โ€” it combines refills into one monthly pickup [3].

Have you helped a parent or grandparent through this before? What almost slipped through the cracks โ€” tell us below.

๐Ÿงƒ Applesauce, chocolate syrup, a favorite juice cup โ€” what's your kid's medicine-time trick?

Behind the counter, those tiny dosing syringes marked in fractions of a milliliter aren't just for show โ€” pediatric doses are often calculated by weight, down to the last drop. [2]

Sometimes the bigger fix is even simpler: a different flavor or form can turn a daily battle into a non-event. [1]

Providers, if a family keeps returning because a medication just won't go down, that's worth a quick call to us โ€” we may have an option worth trying.

Tell us in the comments โ€” we could use some new ideas ๐Ÿ˜„

๐Ÿ‚ That first properly cool morning always sneaks up on us here at the pharmacy.

Somewhere between the last pool day and the first "back to school" photo, summer just... ends. If your routine fell apart a little too โ€” refills you meant to call in, allergy meds you haven't restarted, a sleep schedule that went sideways โ€” you're in very good company around here.

What we see at the counter during this time of the year - Regulars trickling back in, familiar faces, a new walk-ins, flu shots asks whether its education or lets get prepared - a little more normal in the air.

Tag someone who needs a gentle nudge to get back on track this fall, or tell us in the comments: what's the first thing you're resetting this season?

Still driving across town for your prescriptions? ๐ŸŽ‰

The doors are open, the shelves are stocked, and we're ready for you.

NobleScript is now fully open for retail โ€” which means walk-in prescriptions, not just compounding. We take insurance, so bring your card and let us handle the rest.

Switching pharmacies always sounds like a hassle. It isn't. Send us your prescription info and we'll do the legwork with your old pharmacy [1][3]. And if getting out of the house is the hard part, our local delivery is free โ€” we'll bring it to you.

New here? You're exactly who we hoped would walk through that door [2].

Tag a neighbor who's still driving across town for their meds โ€” let's save them the trip.

Ever leave a doctor's appointment more confused than when you walked in? You're not alone.

We hear it a lot this month. September is PCOS Awareness Month, and PCOS is one of those diagnoses people often leave still Googling in the car.

A few photos from the week โ€” the counter where these conversations happen, and the folks who have them.

No lecture today. Just this: if your medication doesn't fit โ€” wrong strength, an ingredient you react to, a form you can't get down โ€” that's fixable, and it's worth saying out loud to your prescriber or to us. For more information about PCOS, visit our latest blog - https://noblescript.com/pcos-hormones-metabolism-compounding-indianapolis/

Providers in central Indiana, same invitation: we're happy to talk through what's feasible before you write it.

Save this for the next time you're sitting in that appointment feeling rushed. And tell us โ€” what's a health thing you wish someone had just sat down and explained to you properly? ๐Ÿ‘‡

A full day at the Indianapolis Integrative Forum โ€” and a full table. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Thank you to every provider who came by, asked hard questions, and told us what your patients canโ€™t get made. Thatโ€™s the conversation we came for.

Huge thanks to Toni Zalazar Wolley and the Toni Wolley for building a room like this one.

Providers โ€” if youโ€™ve been trying to get something compounded and couldnโ€™t, call us. Weโ€™ll tell you honestly whether we can make it. (317) 463-6337
