Fresh brows always look a little bolder at first. As they heal, they typically soften and fade about 30–40%, depending on skin type and lifestyle.

The goal is simple: enhance what you already have, not give you brows that overpower your face.

One thing students consistently tell me they appreciate about my training is how hands-on it is.

Learning nano combo brows isn’t just about watching a demo or reading a manual. It’s about developing the muscle memory, confidence and critical thinking skills needed to work on real clients.

Throughout training, students are actively practicing depth, stretching, stroke placement, machine control, and hair pattern flow through guided exercises before working on a live model.

My goal isn’t to rush students through a class and send them on their way.

My goal is to help them understand the technique, build confidence and feel more prepared when it’s time to work on their own clients.

Because confidence doesn’t come from watching. Confidence comes from doing🩷

This was her first time getting permanent brows, so we kept things conservative. We added soft nano hair strokes where her brows were thin and followed her natural hair pattern.

I would rather start a little lighter and smaller bc we can always add more at the touch-up. It’s much harder to take away.

Her goal was simple: stop filling in her brows every day and not over done.

Safe to say they even got the friend approval. 🙌🏼

“Feeling like you have no brows” is a lot more common than people think 😅

My super sweet client’s natural brow hair was sparse in the front, so with this set of Nano Combo Brows, we brought the fronts in slightly and created soft hair strokes to frame her face without making them look too heavy.

The goal was natural, clean and low maintenance. Not overly tattooed looking 💁🏻‍♀️

✨ Technique: Nano Combo Brows
✨Time: 2–2.5 hours
✨ Pain: Little to no pain. Numbing is used throughout the appointment. Some clients go to sleep
✨ Brows will heal 30–40% lighter (varies by skin type)
🗓 Touch up is done between 6–9 weeks

Not everyone with previous brow work is a candidate for hair strokes.

Hair strokes are meant to heal soft and feathery. If old ink is too dark or saturated, there’s no room left in the skin to create that natural look. Stacking light strokes over heavy ink usually doesn’t heal well long term.

Luckily, her previous work was light enough for us to create a softer nano hair stroke look without it looking too heavy 🙌🏼

These will heal about 30-40% lighter, and we’ll reinforce anything needed at the touch up.

This is why I’m picky about doing hair strokes over old work. The goal is healed results that still look natural long term and 🙅🏻‍♀️not just good the day you leave.
