I’ve been over on Telegram manifesting GREATNESS 💰 all year, but now that my entities have evolved onto new platforms, I’m going to work on balancing my social energy so that I can stay connected!!🙃😉
Sadly, several of my favorite vegan🌱 spots got shut down & a few of the vegan-friendly restaurants stopped being friendly & cut their vegan menu, during this pandemic 😢.
However, over the past 6 weeks I’ve been slowly branching out to the places that are still holding us vegans down. 😊
I’m thankful that I was able to safely dine-in on a few occasions bc there were less than 4 ppl in the restaurants, & I was able to kick it on a few patios & enjoy drinks & snack here there this Summer. 😉 But now, as the [2nd Wave of that rona ] is quickly approaching, I’ll be cutting all of that out again! 😭

Check out the most expensive, delicious, fattest😂 sounding pizza🍕 that I’ve ever purchased from a pizza joint near IUPUI called Toppers in Indianapolis! This is a once every 1-3 months kind of thing!😉

😍 Mmmmm don’t these Bratwurst Sausages look goooodt‼️ Too bad they were nasty!!😭😭 No seasoning or flavor whatsoever, but great texture!
I still ate em thooo‼️😂😂
This is not the time to be wasting food!!
I DO like everything else that LIGHTLIFE FOODS has to offer, but this wasn’t it chief‼️‼️ wins the plant-based Bratwurst/Italian Sausage battle hands down🏆🏆🏆, no questions asked!!
I love trying new vegan products but sometimes you have to stick to what you know! 🙃 Whatchall eatin⁉️⁉️

🤩 I used the Daiya Cheese Sauce recipe from one of my previous posts.😛
Edits: 1/2c Silk Dairy-Free Heavy Whipping Cream + 1/2c unsweetened Almondmilk, 2T Simple Truth Plant-Based Sour Cream, 2tsp of Arrowroot flour/4T water to thicken. Then I whisked in all of my favorite seasonings!

😩Whheeewww....I usually can only do leftovers for 1-2 meals tops, but this quarantine has been forcing me to finish up whatever I’ve started b4 I open up something new!😂
I’m not use to rationing & being responsible (not wasting & prepping) with food unless I’m on a diet!! Which is coming up NEXT‼️😫
Anywho, this is the last of the Gardein Crumbles & the last of the quesadillas🌮🌮 for a minute! ✌🏾
I’m glad that I was able to find my FAVORITE dairy-free cheddar shreds🧀 by Follow Your Heart, though! I know that I’ve said it before, but FYH tastes the BEST & melts the BEST out of all the shreds! And, you can sprinkle a lot without feeling like you’re using up the whole bag!😉

I know a lot of you are tired of cooking 👩🏾🍳 but you still want SIMPLE, good tasting vegan🌱 food while quarantining, & on a budget!
Last week, my EZ go to meal was
3 - ingredient 🌱🌮vegan quesadillas! Of course, you can add beans (which I did do 1 day), way more cheese🧀🧀🧀🧀, + whatever else that you like in your quesadillas, & turn all the way uppppp when you create yours.
However, my personal goal is to not eat up all of my stash in 1 meal, so I’m not going to the store 4x in a week! 😄😷😷
🔑 INGREDIENTS:
🔸1-2 🌮Tortillas* $2-$3 pk
🔸Gardein Crumbles $4-$6
🔸Daiya Cheddar 🧀Shreds $5
Seasonings:
🔸Trader Joe’s Taco Seasoning
🔸Seasoning Salt
🔸Pepper
🔸Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning
🔸Trader Joe’s Chipotle Lime
Optional Toppings:
🔸Kroger Fresh To Go - Pico de Gallo
🔸Shredded Lettuce
🔸Kroger- Simple Truth Plant-Based Sour Cream
🔸 Trader Joe’s Chiles
*1 Tortilla folded over (like an omelet) will make 3 servings. —- 2 Tortilla shells (flip like a pancake) makes 6 serving slices.

WON 🏆 the dairy-free ice cream 🍨 battle by using sunflower 🌻 butter as the base for this amazing tasting Mint Chocolate 🍫 Cookie treat!! 😍 Look for the yellow top bc there’s a few other flavors that you can try, too!
No need for almond or coconut milk for ice cream anymore🙅🏽♀️, sunflower🌻 butter should be the STANDARD for ALL ice cream‼️‼️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Soooo....while I was loading up on groceries at Kroger, I purchased “Daiya’s Pepperjack Shreds” & I used up the last of my “Follow Your Heart Cheddar Shreds”, & made it weeerrkk!!💁🏽♀️💁🏽♀️

😋 ‘𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭’ really DOES taste just like the packet of seasoning in the 10¢ Chicken Ramen [plastic] Noodles🤣, & that’s a GOOD thing‼️😍 🔥🔥
The Chickenless Seasoning + their ‘21 Seasoning Salute’ took my Gardein Crispy Tenders up 10 notches!!🔥🔥 Can’t wait to find more reasons to use it! 🙃
