Long hair needs more than heat. It needs control.
After 35+ years behind the chair, one thing I pay attention to is how much heat the hair is taking on. For longer hair, I prefer a ceramic flat iron because the temperature stays more even and gives me more control while curling.
The goal is always the same: beautiful curls without compromising the integrity of the hair.
Technique matters. Tools matter. Healthy hair always comes first.
