Get It Right

I use sounds which fuses original hip hop tracks with motivational lyrics to help you get into shape and keep you motivated. That’s how Get It Right was born.
In 2008, I was diagnosed with hypertension, more than 3,000 miles away from family. New culture, friends and eating a poor diet caused the hypertension. Changes had to be made in order to be a healthier person. My diagnoses helped me decided that I needed to change my diet and exercise so that I could live a healthier, happier life. When I realized how amazing I felt and how much healthier I was from changing my diet and regularly exercising, I wanted to motivate others to do the same and prevent health issues from developing. We all can avoid many health issues if we are motivated and encouraged to get in shape with the help of music and motivational lyrics. My goal is to inspire people to get/stay in shape. I want someone to look at me and say “because of you I was motivated to never give up”
