A filler touch-up is usually a calendar decision, not an emergency.

The usual window is 6 to 12 months, when shape has softened, volume looks quieter in photos, or symmetry could use a small adjustment. Filler does not fall off a cliff. It fades gradually.

You can also come in just to check. We will look with you, explain what we see, and keep the appointment as a conversation if that is all it needs to be.

Russian Lip is a layering technique rather than a single fill. Structure first, then shape, then the border, built in stages so the result sits naturally instead of sitting on top. The point is lips that still look like yours when you are not smiling.
