Just like good skincare, flowers make everything better.

What aesthetic treatment looks worse before it looks better?

According to Stacy, one of the first treatments that comes to mind is CoolPeel® and DEKA CO2 laser resurfacing.

While the downtime can look a little dramatic in the first few days, that’s often a sign that your skin is actively renewing itself. Redness, rough texture, and peeling are all part of the healing process as damaged skin is replaced with healthier, smoother-looking skin.

In fact, Stacy says that when her own skin looks the worst after treatment, she’s often the most excited—because she knows beautiful results are on the way.

If you’re looking to improve fine lines, sun damage, skin texture, acne scars, and overall skin quality, a consultation can help determine if laser resurfacing is right for you.

🚨 Is your ponytail getting thinner?

If you’re noticing more hair in your brush, shower drain, or on your bathroom floor, it may be a sign of early hair thinning.

One treatment we offer is PRP Hair Restoration.

Here’s how it works:
🩸 We draw a small sample of your blood
🔬 The blood is spun in a centrifuge to isolate platelet-rich plasma (PRP)
💉 PRP is injected into areas of thinning hair
✨ Microneedling is then performed to help stimulate the scalp and support the body’s natural healing response
PRP contains concentrated growth factors that may help support healthier, thicker-looking hair over time.

The best candidates are often those noticing early to moderate thinning before significant hair loss has occurred.

👀 The first sign of aging isn’t usually wrinkles.

For most people, it’s looking tired.

One day you wake up, look in the mirror, and think:
“I don’t feel tired... so why do I look tired?”

The answer often starts with changes happening beneath the skin:
✨ Loss of collagen
✨ Changes in skin quality and firmness
✨ Volume loss in the mid-face and cheeks
✨ Changes in the fat pads that support the under-eye area

These subtle shifts can create shadows, flatten the cheeks, and make the face appear less refreshed—even when you’re well-rested.

The good news? Many of these changes can be addressed before they become more noticeable.

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that these are simply beauty treatments.

They’re not.

The treatments we perform are medical procedures. While they can create beautiful results, they also carry real risks when performed improperly.

We’re seeing more and more devices, fillers, peels, and “professional-grade” treatments being sold online with the promise that you can do them yourself at home.

Please don’t.

This isn’t painting your nails or trying a new hairstyle. These treatments can lead to serious complications, including:
• Burns
• Infection
• Changes in pigmentation
• Scarring
• Vascular compromise
• Permanent tissue damage

When complications occur, they often require medical intervention from a trained provider who understands how to recognize and treat them.

Aesthetic medicine is still medicine.

Whether it’s filler, laser treatments, microneedling, radiofrequency, or chemical peels, there is a reason these procedures should be performed under the supervision of experienced medical professionals.

Your face, skin, and health are simply not worth the risk of a product purchased online.

Leave the medical treatments to the medical professionals.

Not all beautiful lip filler results happen in one appointment. 👄

This result was achieved over 3 lip filler sessions spaced 2 months apart.
Why?

Because sometimes the best lip filler results come from a gradual approach.

This patient wanted:
✨ More balance between the upper and lower lip
✨ Better lip definition
✨ Improved hydration and softness
✨ Natural-looking volume

Rather than trying to create the final result in one treatment, we slowly built the lips over time, allowing the tissue to adapt and the results to remain soft and natural.

One of the most common misconceptions about lip filler is that bigger is always better. In reality, respecting the anatomy and building gradually often creates the most beautiful outcome.

Notice how the upper lip is now better balanced with the lower lip while still looking proportional to the rest of her face.

Natural. Balanced. Beautiful.

Under-eye filler 11 years later. 👀

This patient was 56 years old in her before photos.

She is now 67 years old in her after photos.

Over the last 11 years, she has only had one small touch-up treatment.

That’s why I wanted to share this case.

Under-eye filler has become one of the most controversial treatments on social media. Some people believe it always migrates. Others think nobody should ever inject this area.

The reality is more nuanced.

The tear trough is one of the most technically demanding areas of the face to treat. Success depends on:
✔️ Proper patient selection
✔️ Conservative treatment
✔️ Understanding anatomy
✔️ Correct placement depth
✔️ Realistic expectations

Unfortunately, many patients who are not ideal candidates are still treated. When that happens, disappointment is often blamed on the filler itself when the real issue was treatment planning.

For this patient, under-eye and cheek support created a smoother transition between the lower eyelid and cheek, reducing the appearance of hollowness and shadowing while maintaining a natural appearance.

Eleven years later, she still loves her results and was excited to share her photos.

This is what happens when facial filler is treated as a medical procedure—not a trend.

Breaking out? The answer isn’t always MORE acne products.

One of the biggest mistakes we see is treating your entire face like one giant breakout. When skin gets angry, many people reach for stronger acids, more exfoliation, and harsher products—only to make things worse.

✨ Healthy skin is all about balance.
✔️ Support your skin barrier
✔️ Target breakouts where they actually are
✔️ Use active ingredients like retinoids and acids strategically
✔️ Don’t over-strip your skin trying to “fix” it

As we age, skin naturally slows down. It still needs ingredients that stimulate cell turnover and collagen production—but without damaging the barrier.

Think of it this way: Your skin needs coaching, not punishment.

👇 What’s your guilty skincare habit?
A) Over-exfoliating
B) Trying too many products
C) Skipping sunscreen
D) Picking at blemishes
