SeaBrew was built by women and moms from different backgrounds, with different stories, different strengths, and a shared love for helping other women feel good in their own skin.

We wanted to create the kind of space we were looking for ourselves — somewhere you can come move your body, take care of yourself, meet other women, bring your kids, grab a coffee, or just feel like you belong.

One year ago, this was just a dream.

A vision of creating a place where women could feel strong, supported, and seen. A place where moms didn’t have to choose between taking care of themselves and taking care of their families. A place where movement, wellness, and community could exist under one roof.

There were long days, renovations with little helpers, lots of coffee, and plenty of moments where we would question it all

But here we are.
