Magical Muscular Mechanic ~ resolving muscular injuries
So… I did a thing this year!! 🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️🔥
I became a NATIONALLY RANKED SPRINT TRIATHLETE!! 🏆🎉
This year, I set a goal for myself: earn my national ranking in sprint triathlon. To do that, I needed to compete in and complete a minimum of 3 sprint triathlons.
Well… I didn’t just meet the goal. I went ALL IN!! 💪🔥
✅ 6 Sprint Triathlons completed!
✅ 2 Sprint Triathlon Relays with my son and daughter-in-law! ❤️
✅ National ranking earned!! 🏆
Eight events. Countless hours of training. Early mornings, physical challenges, pushing through the tough moments, and showing up even when it wasn’t easy.
But the greatest reward wasn’t just crossing finish lines or earning a national ranking. It was proving to myself that I could set a big goal, commit to it, and accomplish something that made me incredibly proud.
And getting to share two of those relay events with my son and daughter-in-law? That made this journey even MORE special. ❤️ There’s something truly amazing about sharing a passion, a challenge, and a finish line with the people you love!
I am SO proud of what I accomplished this year. Not because it was easy, but because I committed, persevered, and kept going.
I set the goal. I did the work. I earned the ranking. 🏅
A reminder to myself and anyone who needs to hear it: never underestimate what you can accomplish when you believe in yourself, embrace the challenge, and refuse to put limits on what’s possible.
Here’s to getting uncomfortable, chasing big goals, creating unforgettable memories, and continuing to surprise ourselves with what we can do!
Swim. Bike. Run. REPEAT. 🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️🔥
