Our Tranquil Wonder package is one of a kind! Rooted in the science of Ayurveda, it begins with the Indian head and shoulders massage to prepare the body and shift the nervous system to parasympathetic mode. Shirodhara follows to calm the mind and relieve stress. Then Abhyanga with ubtan nourishes the joints, drains the lymphatic system, tonifies the muscles, and detoxifies the body.
