This is what people do when they have the means and share the wealth . Wealthy people can and will give not always taking!!!
Oscar winner Christian Bale has been quietly pouring his heart and money into this for nearly two decades, ever since the birth of his own daughter sparked a deep drive to fix a broken part of the foster care system. Through his nonprofit Together California, co founded with his wife Sibi and UCLA doctor Eric Esrailian, he's turning a $22 million vision into reality: a village built specifically to keep sibling groups together instead of splitting them apart when they enter care. The latest images reveal 11 multifamily homes already standing tall on the site, white structures taking shape amid the open space, with a community center and transitional apartments on the way to support teens aging out. It's not flashy glamour, it's practical homes designed around a central garden where trained foster parents can focus solely on these kids, giving them stability, connection, and a real shot at healing without the trauma of separation that hits up to 75 percent of foster siblings.
Those new photos from early 2026 capture the bones of something transformative, a place that could house dozens of brothers and sisters side by side in a supportive community setting. Bale has called it the role of a lifetime, far bigger than any movie, and with completion expected soon, it's starting to look like the dream he fought for is becoming a safe haven for kids who need it most. In a world full of noise, this quiet construction site stands out as proof that one person's long term commitment can change lives in ways that last.

Why does my hair look like this when I dry it, it just goes really puffy or fuzzy
