💦 GOING TO BED WITH WET HAIR? LET’S TALK ABOUT IT! 💦

We’ve all been there… it’s late, you’re tired, and blow-drying your hair feels like WAY too much work. 😂

But before you hit the pillow with soaking-wet hair, here are a few DO’S & DON’TS:

✨ DO: Gently towel-dry or squeeze out excess water first.
🚫 DON’T: Go to bed with your hair dripping wet.

✨ DO: Use a leave-in conditioner or lightweight treatment.
🚫 DON’T: Toss wet hair into a tight ponytail or bun—your hair is more fragile when wet!

✨ DO: Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase to help reduce friction.
🚫 DON’T: Aggressively brush or pull through soaking-wet hair.

✨ DO: If possible, let your hair dry at least partially before bed.
🚫 DON’T: Make wet hair an everyday bedtime routine!
