💕 A LITTLE UPDATE FOR MY CLIENTS 💕

Due to an increase in no-call, no-shows, I’ve had to make a decision I honestly didn’t want to have to make.

Moving forward, all new clients will be required to have a card on file, and a deposit will be required for all color services at the time of booking.

I truly hate having to put policies like this in place, but after looking at everything and thinking about it, I’ve realized that it’s no different than going to the doctor, a salon, or any other appointment-based business — no-shows and late cancellations can come with a fee.

When an appointment is missed without notice, it doesn’t just leave an empty spot in my schedule. It takes away an opportunity for another client to receive that appointment, and ultimately affects my livelihood. As a small-town stylist and small business owner, every appointment matters. ❤️

Please know that this isn’t directed at my amazing, loyal clients who communicate, show up, and continue to support me. I appreciate you more than you know! 🥹💕
