🍂 Chef Special
Crispy, golden catfish meets the comfort of Southern sides, with bright lemon collard orzo and a fresh crunch of house-made slaw. It’s a plate that feels right at home this time of year.
🍫 Finish on a darker, sweeter note with pumpkin and dark chocolate mousse, then settle in with the Burnt “19” — a rye cocktail layered with warm spice, caramelized orange, and a hint of smoke.
🥃 Make an evening of it with us.

🔥 A little fire. A little smoke. A wh***ey worth lingering over.
There’s something about wh***ey touched by flame — richer, deeper, and made for slow evenings at the bar.
🥃 Find yours at Wellington’s.

🍎🍂 It’s Apple Festival weekend in Erwin! 🍂🍎
The 49th Annual Unicoi County Apple Festival is happening this Friday and Saturday, October 2 and 3, and we’re ready for another wonderful weekend celebrating one of East Tennessee’s favorite traditions!
With vendors, great food, entertainment, contests, activities, and plenty of apples, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. And as the folks at the Unicoi County Chamber remind us, it’s a rain or shine celebration, so grab your umbrella if needed and come enjoy the festival! 🍎☔️
After a day of exploring downtown Erwin, make your way back to the Carnegie Hotel and relax in comfort. Enjoy dinner and drinks at Wellington's Restaurant or take some time to unwind at Austin Springs Spa & Salon.
Whether you’re coming for the apples, the food, the shopping, or simply the atmosphere, we hope you have a fantastic Apple Festival weekend in Northeast Tennessee!
We’ve had quite a few questions about the weather this weekend, so we wanted to go ahead and say it loud and clear:
The 49th Annual Unicoi County Apple Festival is a RAIN OR SHINE event! 🍎
An event of this size doesn’t come together overnight. In fact, planning for the Apple Festival is about a 16-month process — yes, you read that right! SIXTEEN MONTHS! Hundreds of vendors, entertainment, contests, activities, logistics and about a million little details all come together to create one very special weekend in downtown Erwin.
Right now, Friday’s forecast is looking sunny, while Saturday’s forecast is showing a chance of rain. But if you’ve lived in East Tennessee for more than five minutes, you know the weather forecast can change faster than we can fold an Apple Festival T-shirt!
We’ve been watching the forecast closely for the past several days and have already seen it change numerous times. We’re hopeful those Saturday raindrops decide to go somewhere else — but if they don’t, grab your umbrella, throw on a raincoat and come enjoy the festival anyway!
After all, fried apple pies still taste AMAZING in the rain. We might even argue they taste better.
So whether you’re reaching for your sunglasses or your umbrella, we’ll be ready to welcome you to downtown Erwin this Friday and Saturday, October 2 & 3, from 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
Rain or shine, it’s Apple Festival time! ❤️
