Jana has spent over 14 years in healthcare, and a big chunk of that walking families through one of the most tender seasons of life — hospice care. But here's the part that gets us: she didn't go looking for hospice. It kind of found her.
When she was ready for a change, a friend started rattling off options — home health, DME, you name it. Nothing fit. Then her friend said the word "hospice," and Jana says she just knew. "I didn't know much about it, but I knew that was where I was supposed to be." Her own dad had been in hospice. Some things aren't a coincidence.
