I’ve decided to offer a Knit along project for beginners interested! It will be an easy lap blanket, If you’re interested please DM me and I’ll get you the info you need on what to gather before July 28! I will guide you through starting the project and getting it to completion before Christmas!

...so lets discuss! You just grew and birthed a whole human, and that's hard work! however, our society doesn't REAALY do enough to teach us how to care for ourselves in the 4th trimester. Postpartum healing has many facets, and you DESERVE to be nurtured and given the same tenderness that your new baby is getting.

In other countries and cultures a postpartum massage is given about 24 hours or sometimes less, after baby arrival. Americans have whittled away at the restful period that should be given to new mothers, so lets change that starting with you!
