A fill isn't just about replacing what fell out. It's also about removing grown-out extensions and replacing them in the correct position to prevent damage.
The purpose of a fill = maintenance. Retention is the goal but it doesnt mean, "I can wait another two weeks." Regular fills keep your set looking AND feeling its best, while preventing lash damage.
