💛 A Quick Update to My Cancellation Policy 💛

To my amazing clients,

After experiencing a high number of last-minute cancellations this summer, I’ve had to make some adjustments to my cancellation policy. This isn’t a decision I’ve made lightly, but it’s necessary to help protect my business.

Effective immediately:

• 1st cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment: $50 rebooking fee

• 2nd consecutive cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of your scheduled service will be required as a rebooking fee.

• 3rd consecutive cancellation within 24 hours: 100% of your scheduled service will be charged as a rebooking fee. After this, you will be allowed one more opportunity to book.

Please note: Rebooking fees do not apply toward the cost of your future service.

If you know me, you know I’ve always tried to be very understanding. Because of my own medical journey, I know that life happens, emergencies come up, and sometimes things are simply out of our control. This policy is not intended to punish those situations. It is meant to address repeated last-minute cancellations.

As an independent stylist, when you reserve an appointment, I reserve that time exclusively for you. I count those appointments as part of my weekly income and monthly budget. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute, there’s rarely enough time to fill that opening. That means I lose income that I depend on to support my family and my business. I also purchase products specifically for my scheduled clients each week, so I have expenses before I even step into the salon.

I truly appreciate each and every one of you and the support you’ve shown my business over the years. Thank you for understanding why these changes are necessary and for respecting my time the same way I respect yours. ❤️

Ok peeps, back to school is just around the corner. I will be out of the salon August 6th-11th. If you or your kiddos need an appointment before school starts please get with me asap to get scheduled
