To avoid a cancellation fee we ask that you please provide 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 48 hours or less notice is given 50% of the total service booked will be charged. If 24 hours or less notice is given (including no show appointments) 100% of the total service booked will be charged. This policy ensures fairness and appointment availability for all clients while protecting your stylists time and income. Last minute cancellations cannot always be filled even with advance notice.
