Hi! I’m Gretchen, the owner of Pamper Me Studio.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008 and a Licensed Facial Specialist. My massage career began working alongside chiropractors, helping patients recover from car accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, and chronic pain. Those years taught me that every body has a story, and my passion has always been helping people feel better.

Today, I work from my licensed home studio, where I combine therapeutic massage with a peaceful, personalized experience. Whether you’re dealing with muscle tension, recovering from physical stress, or simply need time to recharge, my goal is for you to leave feeling better than when you arrived.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me traveling with my husband and our two children, spending time with our animals, doing CrossFit… or enjoying good food (because balance is important!).

Hola! Soy Gretchen, la fundadora de Pamper Me Studio.

Soy Masajista Terapéutica Licenciada desde el 2008 y Especialista Facial Licenciada. Comencé mi carrera trabajando junto a quiroprácticos, ayudando a pacientes que sufrían lesiones por accidentes de auto, caídas y dolor crónico. Esa experiencia despertó aún más mi pasión por ayudar a las personas a sentirse mejor y recuperar su calidad de vida.

Hoy atiendo desde mi estudio privado con licencia, donde ofrezco un ambiente tranquilo y personalizado. Ya sea que busques aliviar dolor muscular, liberar tensión o simplemente regalarte un momento para ti, mi prioridad es que salgas sintiéndote mejor de lo que llegaste.

Fuera del estudio soy esposa, mamá de dos hijos, amante de los animales, me encanta viajar, hacer CrossFit… y también disfrutar de una buena comida, porque creo en el equilibrio.
