Happy Birthday to my coworker, friend, brother, and professional voice of reason for the last 15 years at The Chop Shop.
Tim and I are just opposite enough that somehow it works perfectly. He’s thoughtful where I’m reactive, sensible where I’m chaotic, calm where I’m… not. 😂 But that balance is part of what’s made all these years so special.
He’s talented beyond words, deeply kind, loyal to the core, and one of those rare people who makes everyone around him feel steady and cared for. The Chop Shop wouldn’t be what it is without him.
So today we celebrate TWO things: Tim surviving another birthday and 15 years of him helping shape this weird little family we’ve built together.
Love you, buddy. Thanks for always being the glue around here.

Our favorite long-eared icon turned 16 and celebrated in true Bean fashion 🐾✨
He received treats, cards, belly rubs, a heating pad, toys… and a gold chain watch. Because when you’re this distinguished, you accessorize.
Thank you to everyone who came, called, texted, or sent love. We are so grateful for this community that shows up for even the furriest family members.
The vet says he might outlive us all.
He only snapped at three people 😳😅 I confidently bet five😂 I was wrong.
