What's going on MBK family! In the coming weeks I'm going to start a new series on cosmetic surgery and post-op care. I'm going to give a lot of information for people who are considering having these types of surgeries. I'm just found that there's a lot of misinformation along with no information that is told to the client in regards to cosmetic surgery their post-op care do's and don'ts and all the other things related. So if you happen to have any questions don't hesitate to send me a message and I'll try my best to answer any and all questions.

I am so deeply grateful for your continued support and for trusting MBK Wellness to be a part of your health and care journey. Creating a calm, intentional, and dedicated space for you is always my highest priority.

I want to pause and mention that this message is not directed at any single individual. Over the last few months, however, I’ve experienced a growing series of missed appointments, no-call/no-shows, and last-minute cancellations. Because this has become a recurring pattern, I felt it was important to reach out to my entire client community so we can address it together.

​Because MBK Wellness is a solo practice run solely by me, there are no other service providers here to fill in those gaps. When a session is missed without notice, that time is lost, and it makes it difficult to accommodate another client who may be waiting or in need of care.

​We all know that life happens—unplanned events, sudden illness, and busy days are a natural part of life! In the past, I’ve been fairly relaxed when it comes to enforcing my policies for late cancellations or missed sessions. However, to protect my schedule and ensure everyone receives the care they need, I will be holding firm to my official policy moving forward.

If you ever need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming session, all I ask is for a quick heads-up. 24-hour notice, giving advance notice ensures that my schedule remains open, accessible, and fair to everyone. "Please note that appointments missed without advance notice may be subject to the standard policy fee.")

2026 wasn't the best year for my little me. All types of hardships and setbacks due to illness, injuries and in some cases simply just not having his mind right. After taking some time to self reflect and get his mind right. Jackie's back to himself and back to loving this sport. This has probably been one of the best summer workouts he's had since he's started this sport. So watch out 2027 this kid is going to be a problem!! Let's go JACKIE 💪🏽

Just another video displaying the work my oldest has put in this summer. Shout out to Sean Green Sean Green and the pro edge program that he offered this summer to college and professional athletes. Sean has been a great coach and mentor to Kaleb. I encourage anyone who has a young person or someone who is already playing basketball to be a part of Sean's program because of his program Kaleb has become a lot better player in all aspects of the game. I just wanted to send a quick shout out to my son KDub. This is the first full summer we have spent together in 3 years, and you accomplish both of the goals you set out for yourself: making some extra money and getting in shape for the coming season.

I have seen a huge difference in your growth, your attitude, and your willingness to learn and get better. Seeing you go to the gym without being told showed me a lot, and that discipline we'll play a huge part in your development at the next level.

Although I was a little worried about you at first, you've proved yourself this summer. Sky's the limit, kid. Continue to make good decisions and maintain your focus. ❤️Pop Dad!!

I just want to share how much I enjoy the past two weekends. Celebrating my 49th birthday and Father's Day with my sons was truly a wonderful experience. I feel very fortunate to have spent this quality time withthem, and it was certainly one of the highlights of my year. Happy belated Father's Day to all the great dads!
