Sage Sauna

Wellness without all the fuss. Come heat, chill, repeat starting November 1st.

What aromatherapy scents are you most looking forward to?

Leave your worries at the door. No complicated wellness routine. No fancy spa experience. No need to pretend you have it all figured out. Just a really good sauna, some time for yourself (or maybe with a few friends) and a whole lot of good heat.

That’s Sage.

Some problems can’t be solved in a sauna. But some definitely feel smaller after 45 minutes in one.

Sessions begin November 1st.

The countdown is ON to Sage season 3.

Leaves are beginning to drop, there’s a chill back in the night air and the most fire thing of all… we’re back November 1st.

Opening week session spots are available now. Book your first sauna of the season. We can’t wait to meet you back at the barrel for the next round of Heat. Chill. Repeat.

Step back into the heat Nov 1st.

The last few days of the winter season are here. Catch us tonight, tomorrow & Saturday. Grab a friend or two and come hop in the barrel once more before we’re gone for that good heat you know & love.
You won’t regret it.

Your favorite Knoxville wild sauna is wrapping up its stay at Trailhead. Come enjoy one more session with us as we close out the cold season. Once the wood’s gone, we’re rolling out!
