Important Update to Our Booking Policy

Due to an increased number of last-minute cancellations and rescheduling requests for tox and filler appointments, we are updating our booking deposit policy, effective immediately.

To reserve an appointment, the following deposit will be required:

💉 Dysport® & Xeomin® appointments — $100 deposit
💋 All filler appointments — $250 deposit
💉 Sculptra® appointments — 50% deposit

Please note: Sculptra® requires advance preparation and reconstitution prior to your scheduled treatment. Once your product has been prepared specifically for your appointment, a last-minute cancellation or no-show can result in lost product in addition to the reserved 1-hour appointment time. For this reason, our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced for Sculptra® appointments.

Your deposit serves as a booking fee to reserve your appointment time and will be applied toward the cost of your treatment when your appointment is completed.

Please remember that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time, as well as for no-shows. A new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment.

*Dysport® / Xeomin®: $100 deposit
*Dermal filler: $250 deposit per appointment
*Sculptra® / multiple-syringe appointments: I'd consider $250–$300, particularly when you're reserving substantial product/time
*Other shorter services/consultations: retain your existing deposit structure where appropriate
*Less than 24 hours' notice to cancel OR reschedule: deposit is forfeited
*No-show: deposit is forfeited
*New appointment after a late cancellation: requires a new deposit
*After repeated late cancellations/no-shows: full prepayment, walk-in only and must wait for possible opening, or

We completely understand that plans can change! We simply ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice so we have an opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client.

We understand that rescheduling may feel different from cancelling because you still intend to receive your treatment at a later date. However, from our scheduling perspective, a last-minute reschedule has the same impact as a last-minute cancellation. If a 60–90 minute filler appointment is moved to another day with only a few hours' notice, that appointment time is now empty and may be very difficult—or impossible—for us to fill on such short notice.

As a small, appointment-based practice, last-minute changes leave gaps in our schedule that are often impossible to fill.
