Altar exists to create a sacred and empowering space where people reconnect with their bodies, restore their nervous systems and rise into their strongest, most aligned selves through movement, breath, and intentional community.

You know their classes.
You know their energy.
Now get to know their sound. 🎧
Your ALTAR instructors are officially in your headphones.
We made Spotify playlists so you can listen to what moves them, inspires them, and inevitably ends up shaking the walls of the studio.
Find your instructor.
Hit play.
Steal a song for your next workout.
Discover your new obsession.
Because around here, the playlist is never just background noise.
It’s part of the ritual.

What’s your class time say about you? 😉🤗🫢🥰👍🏻
From the outside, it’s just a room.
Then you walk in.
The lights go down.
The music goes up.
Someone learns they’re stronger than they thought.
Someone takes up space again.
Someone finds their people.
Someone comes back to themselves.
That’s the part you can’t see from the sidewalk.
You have to come inside.
ALTAR.
Come as you are. Leave shifted.
You train hard.
Now recover like you mean it.
Mobility isn’t the extra. Recovery isn’t what you do when something hurts. It’s part of how you keep doing what you love.
Marcus Marcus Crawford is now offering 1:1 assisted stretch sessions at ALTAR, built to help you move better, recover smarter, and create more space in your body.
Even our instructors are getting on the table. 😮💨

MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE.
RECOVERY IS PART OF THE PRACTICE.
That was rude… 💀
But missing this ride would be worse.
Monica + Krysta are taking the podium next Saturday for a DEATH BECOMES HER ticket giveaway ride and somebody in that room is leaving with more than a post-ride glow. 👀
Come for the ride.
Stay for the drama.
Maybe leave with the tickets.
You must be an active ALTAR member to win.

We’ve only just begun.
We don’t shrink. We rise stronger—with the guidance of our certified instructors. ⚡️

ALTAR was never meant to become another place you need in order to feel okay.
We love this room. The music loud. The lights low. The sweat, the laughter, the people who know your name.
But the magic was never in the room.
It was always in you.
We’re just creating a space where you can practice remembering that. Where movement becomes a way back to your body. Where strength becomes trust. Where showing up here teaches you how to show up for yourself everywhere else.
Come here. Move with us. Belong here.
Just don’t mistake the altar for the building.
You are the ALTAR.

And maybe the wildest part?
This isn’t even the final ALTAR.
This is our temporary space.
The space that held us while we built what comes next.
The space where strangers became community, instructors became family, and an idea became something we could actually feel.
We’ve moved here.
Sweated here.
Healed here.
Celebrated here.
Became here.
And soon, we’ll carry all of that into a space built intentionally for everything ALTAR is becoming.
Because the walls were never the ALTAR.
We are.
More than a class.
A space for becoming.
YOU ARE THE ALTAR. 🦋🪩
Much better! 🫶🏼✨
