🤍 MILK + CAMPHOR — THE BAR I ACTUALLY USE AT HOME.

Out of ALL the soaps I make, this is still one of my absolute favorites.

It’s not colorful.
It doesn’t have fancy swirls.
There are no dyes or elaborate scent blends.

And that’s exactly why I love it. 🤍

Milk + Camphor is incredibly creamy and smooth, with just camphor essential oil for that fresh, clean scent.

I originally wanted a simple bar for people who prefer fewer added ingredients or tend to stay away from heavily scented, colorful soaps — and somewhere along the way, it became the bar I keep reaching for in my own shower. 😂

Sometimes you don’t need to mess with a good thing.

🌿 There’s something beautiful about the simple ones.

No fancy swirls. No glitz and glamour. Just an earthy, natural bar made with simple ingredients.

Witch Hazel + Calendula. 🌼🌿

The scent on this one is SO light. It’s one of those scents that’s hard to explain online — it just makes me think clean, fresh, natural, earth. I wish I could somehow let you smell it through your phone. 😂 But since I can’t… take it from me.

I specifically hot processed this batch and left out all the fuss of making it picture-perfect because I wanted a beautiful, functional bar that I could use right away.

And honestly? I love the rustic look of it. It looks exactly like what it is — handmade soap.

Made with beef tallow + goat milk, witch hazel and calendula, this gentle little bar is suitable for both face + body.

Sometimes the simplest bars end up being some of my favorites. 🤎🌿

🎃🍂 NAME THIS BAR! 🍂🎃

I need your help because this one still doesn’t have a name!

This bar was actually inspired by my friend Jessica. ❤️ Every single time I smell something pumpkin-y, fall-y, warm and cozy, I immediately think of her. 😂

Jessica LOVES her PSL and she LOVES all the fall scents. ☕️🎃🍁 So naturally, while I was making this one, in my head it just became “Jessica’s Bar.”

But now it needs an official Bode Bars name!

It’s Pumpkin Spice Latte inspired, made with beef tallow + goat milk, and basically smells like fall decided to become a bar of soap. 🤣

🤍 JABÓN NATURAL DE LECHE DE CABRA + ALCANFOR 🌿

Uno de mis favoritos — y literalmente el jabón que uso en mi casa. ❤️

Hecho a mano en pequeños lotes con leche de cabra y aceite esencial de alcanfor. Sin colorantes añadidos y sin mezclas fuertes de fragancias.

Es un jabón cremoso, suave y sencillo, ideal para quienes prefieren productos con menos ingredientes añadidos o tienen la piel sensible. 🌿🤍

El alcanfor le da un aroma fresco, limpio y ligero sin quitarle esa sensación natural que tanto me gusta.

A veces no hace falta complicar las cosas.

I like the name Hennifer but this is a rooster so Henry fits. 🤪 The official Bode Bars Mascot! 🐓 I can’t promise you still won’t have feathers in it now🤣🤣🤣

The coolest thing happened to me today. One of our previous customers came up to me and pulled out a label that I had handwritten in red Sharpie: Rosemary Mint Revival. She was so excited to see me! She said she saw our name on the Dixieland itinerary and was stoked because she could come and buy more.

This label is actually from my FIRST market. 😂 I brought labels for things I didn’t bring and brought soaps I didn’t have labels for, so I literally just wrote them out in Sharpie.

She told me she loves the soap because the bar lasts so long and it left her skin so soft.

That part right there. 🥹 The fact that she said her skin was soft is the biggest “Oh my God” for me.

I’ve tried natural soaps before, and they’ve always been harsh on my skin—including the first soaps I ever made! I remember making those first bars and thinking, I wouldn’t want to buy this if it makes my skin feel dry.

So I bought more books, did more research, changed things, tried again and again, and eventually mastered a recipe that I’m genuinely SO proud of.

So anytime someone tells me my soap leaves their skin soft, I get this little burst of happiness inside. Like, YES. THAT’S IT. THAT’S WHAT I WANTED TO MAKE. ❤️

And the fact that she saved my little red Sharpie label so she would remember which soap to come back for? 😭

That might be one of the coolest things that has happened to me since starting Bode Bars. 🐓🫧

Market season is coming and apparently my living room is now a Bode Bars booth. 😂🧼🐓

Doing a little pre-setup at home because we have a BUSY season ahead of us!

🐓 And then VendorCon Lakeland — this one is HUGE, and we were personally invited! 🥹

So right now I’m making sure everything has a place, everything is labeled, prices are easy to see, and hopefully people can actually FIND what they’re looking for instead of me saying, “Wait, I have that somewhere…” 😂

I already know what’s IN the products is good. I know the ingredients. I know how they’re made. ❤️

Now I’m working on making sure the outside matches the quality of what’s inside.

Labels. Signs. Prices. Displays. Samples. Products.

And yes… I’m setting up an entire farmers market booth in my living room. 😂
