This is your traditional therapy session. Nothing complicated, just a good 'ole fashioned head to toe Massage 💆‍♀️ (side note for baby mommas: if you are currently expecting a wee tiny babe, this is the one you book 👌)

THE RESET
This is your deep tissue and sports therapy. Meant for the active mover and humans with chronic pain and limited range of motion🏃‍♂️💨

THE TIBETAN DETOX
This is your luxury spa day that still achieves therapeutic results 💪 the LOCAL ORGANIC honey doesn't stay sticky, and it's followed by a hot towel treatment 🔥 leaving you feeling squeaky clean 🧼

THE AFTER
For the humans who've had to have medical procedures and now there's scar tissue and fluid build up and less range of motion 😬 this is the session that addresses that!!

THE MINI
For the human who doesn't have enough time in the day 💃 a quick, 30 minutes *FULLY DRESSED SESS* designed to maximize our time and still leave you feeling like you were here for an hour 😉

Let's talk about FASCIA.

Fascia is the protective layer of tissue that wraps around EVERYTHING in your body. Most of the time it get's generalized as connective tissue. It's job responsibilities are so vast, neither you nor I would apply for the position - there's no pay, no benefits, and it's definitely lacking in gratitude.

Our fascial health is so important that it determines whether or not you get to live comfortably or with pain. Fascia is a sensory organ with a sliding surface. This is where our force transmission realllyyy comes from, it distributes the power and tension of movement across your body every single time you move.

Fascia has a gelly like fluid called hyaluronan. That fluid is what holds on to your body's water supply. Yes, your colon ABSORBS the water, but where does it go??? Your FASCIA. Your fascia holds water provided by your blood circulation, your lymph circulation, and your overall general hydration. So when you aren't properly hydrated.....nothing is going to slide the way it was designed 👌 and the opposite; if there is too much fluid in the fascia, it still isn't going to slide the way it was designed because now it's over cushioned as opposed to crusty and dusty.

Many of you have seen this video. Many of you have not. Everyone needs a refresher.
