Floating is easier than you think ✨ 🐢💧
Never floated before? Here’s what to expect…
Check in, settle in, and leave the outside world behind.
✌️
1️⃣ DRY PREP
Secure your earplugs.
2️⃣ RINSE 🚿
Quick shower. Clean slate.
3️⃣ STEP IN 💧
Ease into warm water filled with pounds of Epsom salt.
4️⃣ LIE BACK + LET GO
The salt does the work, you simply float. Lights on or off. Music or silence. Your choice. Trust the salt. You WILL float. Nothing to do. Nowhere to be.
5️⃣ EASE BACK IN
Lights will slowly fade in at the end of your float 💡
6️⃣ RINSE + RE-ENTER ✨
Shower, take your time, and carry that post-float calm with you.
That’s it. Your only job is to float 🐢 💦

🐢 A quick Salty Turtle update!
We’ll be closed this week for some unexpected maintenance and TLC around the center.
John is rolling up his sleeves and tackling some regrouting and repairs himself to make sure everything is refreshed and ready for your return. 🔨🐢
We plan to reopen Wednesday, September 9th and can’t wait to welcome you back!
