Happy Fall, Y'all!
A few announcements as we head into fall and the holiday season..
1. Starting October 15th, Square will no longer allow C*D sales due to the new Federal restrictions starting in November. What does that mean for us? We will be discontinuing our retail sales of C*D and C*D massage oil add on. All retail products will be cash only and 20% off until they sell out and we will continue to have C*D massage oil until we run out.
- Our retail products include C*D lotion and our popular Relief and Recovery muscle gel. We will have a general massage oil upgrade listed for our C*D oil for your massage.
2. Speaking of retail....CHRISTMAS IS LESS THAN 3 MONTHS AWAY!!! AHHHHH!!! If you are looking for the perfect gift, grab a discounted C*D product or one (or two or three) of our amazing candles made locally! We also have gift cards for sale through our website. If you would like a physical plastic gift card, you may purchase one at your next appointment or call in and we can arrange a pick up time.
3. Looking ahead, Starting November 1st, Allison will be offering a new service, so keep an eye out for what it is towards the end of October- that is, if I survive my first Spartan Race (IYKYK).
4. Allison has availability for October! Busy season is upon us so get your appointment in before it's too late!

In an average day of my life I get to fall in love again and again. Making my own schedule I can get my son to and from his bus stop everyday, make their meals, tend to my animal circus, pick what I clean and don’t clean, focus on my mind and body, create art with my kids, and show up for a career I’m passionate about. It isn’t always easy and I’m often sacrificing sleep, an organized home, or socialization but I’m forever grateful. In this season I can hold space for the priorities that matter. Thank you for showing up to each appointment and making this possible 💚.

Join me in a short snippet of the work we do!
My client came in with intense pain along the bottom of her foot laterally and up through the ball of her pinky toe. Though her pinky toe sits inward it has never created an issue in the past. She has consistently been working out and specifically doing a lot of calf raises and body weight movements. I chose to bring focus on the supporting muscles that connect into the foot, evert/invert the ankle, and support toe movements. This will give space for the connective tissue along her foot to relax and ease tension created through adapting to new workout techniques. This is just one approach to help my client feel pain relief! I also suggested foot and ankle stretching and mobility movements.
