I put my heart, presence, and focused attention into every massage session. Whether you view healing through a physical, emotional, or energetic lens, my goal is to create a space where your body can relax, restore, and reconnect.
Many people ask what "energy work" means to me. I believe our experiences, stress, emotions, and daily lives can influence how we feel in our bodies. As a massage therapist, I strive to be fully present with each client. That means I also have a responsibility to care for myself. Just as I encourage my clients to prioritize rest, movement, and healing, I must do the same so I can show up grounded, centered, and able to give my full attention during every session.
For me, being a healer isn't about having endless energy 🤪 it's about continuously healing myself, maintaining healthy boundaries, and practicing self-care. The more balanced and healthy I am, the more present I can be for the people who trust me with their care.
Healing is never one-sided. It's an ongoing practice of learning, growing, and restoring ourselves so we can better serve others. Every massage is an opportunity to support that process with intention, compassion, and respect.
