Tears are currently streaming down my face. To Write Love on Her Arms has been a part of my life since I was 14. It brought me out of the darkness and into the light. So. Many. Times.

As someone who struggles with addiction, suicidal thoughts, self harm, bipolar and BPD…I feel it all. Most times I feel too much. And I was always told there was something wrong with that. But I’m not to much. I am exactly enough. As I am.

Today was huge. My family came. My friends came. My clients came. We donated over $1600 in one day so that more people can get the help they need.

People need other people. Please choose to stay because I know you’re worth it. And if you ever feel like you’re not enough, please come and talk to me. I’m an open book and would love to listen and help. As someone who didn’t have anyone to talk to I want to be there for you.

Last but not least today would not have been possible without the following small businesses :
All You Knead for the sourdough
Hazel Eclectic & Co for the earrings
jk creative for the mini prints
Kels Maureen behind the camera 📸
CozyPuff for the wrapped reads
The Cookie Garden for the cookies

I cannot get over the amount of first tattoos I’ve been doing. That trust is NEVER taken lightly. I absolutely love what I do. I could do this for the rest of my life. I am so grateful.

FLASH DROP 🎤 — This one is so close to my heart. 🤍

I’m hosting a su***de prevention flash day at Blooming Beauty Studio benefiting To Write Love on Her Arms, and I want to share why this means so much to me.

I’ve experienced suicidal thoughts myself. I entered treatment in 2022, and I’m still working through my struggles every day. Living with bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder, I know how overwhelming it can feel to carry so much inside while trying to move through everyday life.

I wouldn’t wish that pain on anyone. If you’re struggling too, I want you to know that you deserve support, compassion, and a space where you feel seen. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to ask for help.

September was Su***de Prevention Month, but the need for these conversations and this care continues all year.

Everyone who gets a tattoo will also receive a take-home self-care kit by Chelsea of Chelsea, LPC | Take Flight Therapy & Supervision, LLC —a little extra love to carry home with you. My hope is that this day brings us together, helps us speak more openly, and reminds someone that they don’t have to carry everything alone.

Thank you for helping me turn something so personal into a day of care for our community. I’m grateful to be here, creating with you. 🤍
