Appointment Late Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you and arriving on time helps ensure every client receives the best possible service.

15-Minute Grace Period

- Up to 15 minutes late: I will do my best to accommodate you; however, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule for the next client.
- More than 15 minutes late: Your appointment will be considered a missed appointment and will need to be rescheduled. A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation and respect for my time and the appointments of other clients. I truly appreciate your support in helping my schedule run smoothly!
