En The Beauty House siempre hemos trabajado con mucho amor, dedicación y respeto hacia cada una de nuestras clientas. Quienes nos han acompañado durante estos años conocen el tipo de personas que somos, la calidad de trabajo que buscamos brindar y el cuidado que ponemos en cada experiencia.

También queremos reconocer que, como cualquier negocio con años de trayectoria, somos humanas y no somos perfectas. A lo largo de los años han existido situaciones en las que hemos podido cometer errores, y lo reconocemos. Lo importante para nosotras siempre ha sido cómo manejamos esos momentos: escuchar, comunicarnos directamente con nuestras clientas y hacer todo lo posible por solucionar cualquier situación. Cada experiencia nos ha ayudado a aprender, crecer y seguir perfeccionando nuestro trabajo.

Desde el inicio de cada cita siempre les damos la confianza de expresarnos cualquier detalle, cambio o incomodidad que puedan tener. Si algo no es de su agrado, estamos completamente abiertas a escuchar y realizar los ajustes necesarios. Nuestro objetivo siempre ha sido que cada clienta salga feliz y segura con su servicio.

Creemos firmemente que la comunicación directa es la mejor manera de resolver cualquier situación. Por eso siempre les preguntamos durante y al finalizar el servicio cómo se sienten, les damos la oportunidad de revisarse con calma y realizar cualquier cambio que sea necesario.

Una vez que una persona sale del estudio y decide compartir una experiencia públicamente sin antes comunicarse con nosotras, ya no tenemos la oportunidad de escuchar, aclarar o solucionar directamente la situación.

Respetamos que cada persona tenga derecho a su opinión, pero también queremos aclarar que contamos con evidencia y registros de lo sucedido ese día, y conocemos la situación completa.

Seguiremos enfocándonos en lo que siempre nos ha caracterizado: brindar un servicio profesional, escuchar a nuestras clientas y mejorar cada día.

At The Beauty House, we have always put love, dedication, and respect into every service we provide. Those who have supported us throughout the years know the type of people we are, the quality of work we strive for, and the care we put into every client experience.

As a business with years of experience, we also want to acknowledge that we are human and we are not perfect. Throughout the years, there have been situations where we may have made mistakes, and we fully recognize that. What has always been important to us is how we handle those moments. We have always made an effort to communicate directly with our clients, listen to their concerns, and do everything we can to make things right. Every experience has helped us learn, grow, and continue improving.

From the beginning of every appointment, we always encourage our clients to communicate with us openly. If there is anything they would like adjusted, changed, or if something does not feel right, we are more than willing to listen and make the necessary changes. Our goal has always been for every client to leave feeling happy and confident with their service.

We truly believe that direct communication is the best way to resolve any concern. That is why we always give our clients the opportunity to express themselves while they are still in the studio. We ask for feedback before they leave, we allow time for any adjustments, and we are always willing to make changes if requested.

Once someone leaves the studio and chooses to share their experience publicly without first communicating with us, we no longer have the opportunity to address or resolve the situation directly.

We respect that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but we also want to clarify that we have documentation and records of what occurred that day, and we are aware of the full situation.

We will continue focusing on what has always mattered to us: providing professional services, listening to our clients, and improving every day.
