One of my favorite parts of grocery shopping is discovering new products, and this time I found the Simple Truth Protein Caramel Frappe at Smith’s. I’m always looking for convenient protein options for busy days, so I had to give it a try.

My first impression? It’s smooth, creamy, has a delicious caramel flavor, and isn’t overly sweet. Such an easy grab-and-go option when you need a quick protein boost!
