Hey gang, so yesterday I made video to talk about a few products and a message about what we are experiencing and where I think it's going. Well 3hrs later youtube took it down. Guess what? Now I am going out of my way to warn people of what's coming. Sorry to use this platform as a way of getting the message out but these are desperate times especially in the light of unprecedented censorship. Freedom of speech is a fundamental right that precedes all other rights. If we are being silenced then you understand why. Here is the original post.

Gang, just a Xmas/NY update. This is my back yard atm. I'm in Oregon. How's the food? Well you can imagine some of the horror. [bacon and caramel on your potatoes sir?]. So it's been 25 years of LCME. It was really the first book to make low carb easy and accessible. How things like the GI/keto/Low carb has now become a such a familiar word in peoples day to day. So do we have a good product? I did a 12kg plunge before Xmas. How amazing the feeling was of being in ketosis after suffering at the hands of the US 'weird food', nothing fresh all processed to the max. I know there are those who don't need to get encouraged, they are experts on ketosis and using the knowledge to be and stay healthy. So to those stalwarts, thanks for the support [3000 likes] and yours truly is alive, well and fighting the good fight. I have always been helping people with life threatening illness. So I do get distracted, but I want you to know we will keep pushing forward. Have a safe and great 2020 👌😎😄

Happy xmas and New year, good time to go into keto in the new year and lose the excess. I have been 'on the road', I just spent 4 months in the Canadian Rockies living in the woods and the wilderness. Many adventures. Not really seeing FB as the platform I want to use. Open to suggestions if there is another way of interacting with an open source other than one that mines your and your peoples personal info.

Hey Gang, thanks so much for the support, I live in a country town and it's very quite, days can pass without talking to another person. My absence has been in part, due to a 22,000 km solo trip across 'straya. 2 months of unrestricted eating, road houses, pubs, you name it. Thankfully applying 'The knowledge' when I got back has saved me as I knew it would. My next trip is across Nth America and USA in May and June. Can one survive the onslaught of American cuisine? Lets' see what happens : )

So lets start with a new post. I have just pulled this out of the oven and OMG it's awesome. Pork belly. Here's the link to the recipe page. (just ignore the bit about milk)

So here's what I've discovered about pork belly leftovers, Take it out of the fridge the next day. Slice it finely and throw it in the pan or grill and presto, you have bacon, but not washed in sugar. Works for me, go and try it! :)
